Calathea vittata, commonly known as the Prayer Plant, is a striking tropical houseplant prized for its distinctive dark green leaves adorned with delicate white or pale pink striping.  Calathea vittata thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers consistently moist (not waterlogged) soil with high humidity.
